As typical with charts made in China it doesn't name the designer.
Kit contains; Cotton fabric cotton thread, (Egyptian Long-staple Cotton Threads), 2 needles, instructions.
The chart is print in color symbols.
It comes in a plastic snap shut type envelope. It has been opened only to take pictures and to look at the chart. When I realized the chart was in color I knew I would never stitch it.
Also when buying patterns and kits try not to buy from China because they are basically knockoffs cheating designers out of their copyright.
