Terms of Service

Payment via PayPal due within 3 days (not business days) of commit to buy. Pay Pal address and ship to address must match. Shipping USPS within 2 business days of confirmed PayPal receipt payment date.
Mailing address MUST match that which is on the Pay Pal account. If not, a refund will be issued.

Items not paid for within 3 days will be returned to inventory and the transaction is null and void.

Returns accepted for quilts. NO refunds, returns for pillowcases, fabrics, patterns, books, magazines, etc.

You must contact Judie for a Return Identification Number (RIN). Items will not be accepted without the RIN.
Buyer pays for return INSURED PRIORITY shipping.
Items must be received in a clean, unwashed, unused and odor free condition. Upon receipt and inspection and this is found to be true a refund (minus shipping and insurance fees) will be applied to the account from which it was paid.
If the item is dirty or used or smells of cigarette/cigar smoke a 25% cleaning fee will be taken from the refund amount.
We are confident that you will enjoy your product and not have to go through the hassle of a return.
